Now that you have successfully captured your fingerprints and they are completely bone dry, sandwich them between the layers of cotton wool in the jewellery box provided. 

Pack in the pre-paid envelope along with your completed tear off order form and the teflon sheet (we recycle these!)

Finally, log your fingerprint return below and the return address will be revealed.
