Every piece by Becca Macdonald Studio is lovingly handcrafted, but if an item arrives that you are not completely happy with please contact: info@beccamacdonald.com within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn and returned in the original packaging

• Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons

• As the buyer, you are responsible for shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged or faulty

If you are returning an item, it is highly recommended that you use a tracked delivery service and obtain a proof of postage, bearing in mind that jewellery is not insured by Royal Mail unless sent via special delivery.

Workshop Tickets are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend on the booked date, your ticket can be transferred to an alternative session which better suits.

The Personal Touch Jewellery Crafting Kit is non-refundable as soon as the silver clay is removed from the packaging, as the silver clay perishes quickly. These DIY kits will not be accepted for a refund due to a lack of care. Please pay close attention to the instructions provided in the kit and the tutorial video available at: https://www.beccamacdonald.com/fingerprint-tutorial

Responsibility can not be accepted if your returned charms are lost in the post. UK First Class return delivery is included in the kit, but you can choose to use a tracked delivery service instead if you would prefer.

The Personal Touch Jewellery Crafting Kit must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
